We handcraft our products in small batches. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus an additional 2-4 days for transit depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Are The Butters products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. We never test on animals, and the vast majority of our catalog is 100% vegan. Please check individual product descriptions for specific ingredient lists.

Since we use natural oils and butters without synthetic stabilizers, we recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent melting or texture changes.
